Executive Culinary Artist
Growing up I remember being surrounded by artists. All sorts of them; musicians, models, painters, poets, dancers, and so on. Blooming in a multicultural environment made it just impossible to stop my imagination from flying. I was inspired in so many ways that it made it really hard to decide and stick to one program since I consider myself a “Do it all Kinda Gal” especially when it comes to beautiful and artistic creations.
I graduated as a Chef from The Art Institute of Dallas where I also met my supportive soul and love of my life Jordan McIntosh who also graduated as a Chef and has been by my side ever since.
Even though I enjoy every single one of my projects, I am absolutely passionate about fresh and organic Baking, Pastries & Multicultural Cuisines. Which is my inspiration for the creation of my company Dulce Organically Sweet; a Gourmet-Cottage Pâtisserie focused on incorporating fresh, local, organic, non-GMO ingredients gently utilized in all of our homemade recipes to deliver the quality and integrity of our creations...
